ICA Canada A force for positive social change

ToP®, or Technology of Participation, is the brand name given to the trademarked methods that ICA has developed over the past 40 years.  These methods have proven effective in empowering people, communities and organizations to re-imagine their future and realize that vision.

The ToP® methods are the heart of ICA Canada's programs, and are taught across Canada by ICA Associates Inc, a social enterprise founded 10 years ago.  Each year ICA Associates train 1500 people in ToP® methods and works with hundreds of clients who in turn affect thousands of people.
