Annual General Meeting (AGM) Discussion: Following Our Strategic Directions – Adapting leadership and organizational practices to thrive in a disruptive era.

After the business portion of the AGM, we will explore how the current era of disruption compels leaders to consider a holistic and people/human-centered approach to leadership. By examining some of the leadership shifts that the world is observing, we hope to briefly explore how holistic and human-centered leadership models can help foster greater social and inclusive impact within our organizations and communities. We will share a resource (a 10–15-minute read) that highlights these shifts with all who RSVP in preparation for this discussion. We are looking forward to facilitating this conversation and hearing how these leadership shifts resonate in your context.
