Reflections from ICA Canada’s AGM

We would like to thank everyone who attended the ICA Canada AGM on June 17th.

Participants were asked to read the article ‘Who We Are…as the EI and the ICA‘ in preparation for the facilitated discussion, following the formal portion of the AGM.  A special thank you to Duncan Holmes for leading this reflective discussion on ICA’s core wisdoms and shaping the future for ICA Canada.   We also wish to express our gratitude to the small group guides for helping foster these engaging discussions.

One of the themes that emerged from our conversation was the importance of connecting personal transformation with positive social change. Participants reflected on how the wisdom and history of ICA can continue to guide us as we look to the future, inspiring new possibilities. There was also a strong sense of the value of strengthening connections with the broader global ICA network, learning from one another as we continue to evolve.
